1. Acceptance of Terms

By dropping off a device for repair or utilizing any services provided by Craft Computers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Repair Services & Liability

While we take extreme care with all user hardware, Craft Computers is not liable for existing internal hardware damage, pre-existing software corruption, or any catastrophic data loss. We highly recommend customers constantly back up their data before submitting computers for repair.

3. SMS Communications & Text Alerts

By providing your phone number during the intake or booking process, you consent to receive automated text messages from Craft Computers regarding the status of your repair or project.

  • Message frequency varies based on the repair status.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.
  • You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Payment & Abandonment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. Any devices left at Craft Computers for more than 60 days after the notification of completion without attempts to arrange pickup will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or sold to recover repair costs.
